French Gerleman Donates to Sweet Celebrations

French Gerleman’s St. Louis team collected and donated 13 boxes of items to Sweet Celebrations, a volunteer organization that provides birthday parties to homeless children in the St. Louis area. The birthday parties include cake, ice cream, gifts, party games and goody bags.

The employees of French Gerleman collected a variety of items needed to execute the birthday parties including toys, gift wrap, party supplies and games. In addition to the items donated, French Gerleman provided a monetary donation. The Women’s Electric Board organized the drive within the local electrical industry community and seven women represented French Gerleman at their November 18 meeting to deliver the donation to Sweet Celebrations.

A division of the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois, the Women’s Electrical Board (WEB) is comprised of women from various segments in the electrical industry. It provides women the opportunity to meet others in the electrical industry and offers programs related to electrical, governmental and business issues.
