Updated Sales Counter Procedures in Response To COVID-19

With recent announcements from state and local officials in the regions we operate, we want to assure you that French Gerleman is committed to safely and responsibly supporting our customers’ ability to provide essential services in our communities.

Beginning Monday, March 23, our Sales Counters will begin Will Call pick-up only.  Of course, you may still utilize our fleet of delivery trucks and commercial delivery options for your essential automation, electrical supply, datacom, power transmission, personal safety and janitorial/sanitation products.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

To expedite pickup, please place your order ahead of time via one of the following methods:

Your Will Call order will be processed by a French Gerleman team member and will be available for pick up at one of the loading docks nearest our Sales Counters. Orders may be placed on account or paid for with a credit card processed online or over the phone.  Any form of payment onsite will not be accepted at this time.

Upon arrival, please call the Sales Counter and let us know that you are here to pick up your order.

You will be provided the dock number for order pickup.  If your order contains items that are larger or heavier than normal, you will be able utilize our ramp (where available) and a French Gerleman team member will load the items for you via forklift.  Please allow extra time if your order contains a wire cut.
